Apple Cobbler Oatmeal.

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Cup oatmeal (standard rolled oats, not quick cooking)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Apples any variety, cored and medium diced, leave skins on
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dash of salt
  • Optional toppings:
  • Brown sugar
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Almonds, or walnuts

 Directions

1. Spray Slow Cooker with a non-stick spray.

2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stir.

3. Set slow cooker to low for 8 hours.

4. Serve oatmeal in bowls with desired toppings
