Ingredients List
- 1 Cup oatmeal (standard rolled oats, not quick cooking)
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Apples any variety, cored and medium diced, leave skins on
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- dash of salt
- Optional toppings:
- Brown sugar
- Butter
- Milk
- Almonds, or walnuts
Directions
1. Spray Slow Cooker with a non-stick spray.
2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stir.
3. Set slow cooker to low for 8 hours.
4. Serve oatmeal in bowls with desired toppings
