Apple Muffins

 Ingredients List

  • 1/4 c Apple sauce
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla
  • 1 Egg white, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c Flour
  • 1 ts BS
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Cinnamon
  • 1/4 ts Nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c Chopped apples (these need
  • To be small pieces or the
  • Muffins
  • Tend to fall apart).

 Directions

Add apples at the end and fold in gently. Can add raisins if you like.
Bake at 350 for 20 min. Makes 8 muffins.
