Apple Pound Cake

 Ingredients List

  • 2 1/2 c Flour
  • 1 1/2 c Oil
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 2 lg -or-
  • 3 md Eggs
  • 2 ts Baking powder
  • 1 ts Soda
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 3 c Winesap apples; chopped
  • 1 c Pecans

 Directions

Blend eggs and sugar. Sift together flour, baking powder and soda; add to
dry mixture alternately with oil, eggs and sugar. Blend until smooth. Add
vanilla. Fold in pecans and apples. Bake in bundt pan at 350 for 1 hour.
