Ingredients List
- 1/2 c Pearl tapioca
- 2 c Water
- 6 Apples; peeled and cored
- 1/2 c Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- 1/4 c Butter
Directions
Soak tapioca according to box and then drain. Bring water to a boil and add
tapioca. Boil until clear and thick, stirring often.
Cut apples into eighths and place in a 8x8" casserole. Sprinkle with sugar,
cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with butter. Pour hot tapioca over all. Bake
1/2 hour at 350ø or until apples are done.
