  • 2 c Self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1/2 ts Soda
  • 1 c Pecans
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 c Applesauce
  • 1/4 c Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 ts Cinnamon

 Directions

Stir together. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
