- 1 pk (3-oz) cream cheese;
- -softened
- 1 tb Honey
- 2/3 c Canned apricot halves;
- -drained and chopped
- 8 Frozen waffles; toasted
- 1/2 c Hungry Jack Microwave Ready
- -Regular Syrup (from 1lb 8oz

Directions
In small bowl, combine cream cheese and honey; blend well. Stir in
apricots. Spoon and spread apricot mixture onto 4 waffles. Top with
remaining waffles. Serve with syrup.
