Artichoke Bean Dip

 Ingredients List

  • 15 oz Canned navy beans; drained,
  • -or pinto beans
  • 14 oz Canned artichoke hearts;
  • -drained
  • 7 oz Canned artichoke hearts;
  • -drained and minced
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 2 Cloves garlic; pressed
  • 2 Whole green onion; chopped,
  • -or minced yellow onion
  • Salt and pepper; to taste
  • Paprika; for garnish

 Directions

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the 7 oz of minced artichokes in a food
processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the minced artichoke pieces for
texture and enhanced flavor.

NOTES : We love this with anything dippable. Bagels, veggie sticks,
