Ingredients List
- 15 oz Canned navy beans; drained,
- -or pinto beans
- 14 oz Canned artichoke hearts;
- -drained
- 7 oz Canned artichoke hearts;
- -drained and minced
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 2 Cloves garlic; pressed
- 2 Whole green onion; chopped,
- -or minced yellow onion
- Salt and pepper; to taste
- Paprika; for garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the 7 oz of minced artichokes in a food
processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the minced artichoke pieces for
texture and enhanced flavor.
