Ingredients List
- 3 pk Frozen; chopped spinach
- 1/2 c Butter
- 1 c Pasteurized processed cheese
- 2/3 tb Lemon juice
- Cracker crumbs
- 1 cn Artichoke hearts
Directions
Prepare spinach according to directions on package. Melt butter & cheese
together. Add lemon juice. Pour over well-drained spinach. Add salt &
pepper to taste. In buttered 8-1/2 inch square casserole, break up
artichoke hearts & line bottom of dish. Cover with spinach mixture. Crumble
cracker crumbs over top & drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 30
minutes.
