- 1/2 c Vinegar
- 4 ts Lemon juice
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1/2 ts Dry mustard
- 1/3 c Olive oil
- 4 md California artichokes,
- -prepared and cooked as
- -directed for whole

Directions

Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and mustard. Gradually add oil
until blended. Serve with cooked artichokes.
