- 1 tb Salt
- 1/8 ts Nutmeg
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 6 c Milk
- 2 pk (10 oz.) frozen asparagus

- 3 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings. Remove from heat and stir in
