Aunt Edie's Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Carrots, sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1 c Broccoli flowerets
  • 1 c Cauliflower flowerets
  • 1/2 c Celery, chopped
  • 2 Red delicious apples,
  • -chopped, not peeled
  • 1/2 c Plain lowfat yogurt,
  • -strained
  • 4 tb Orange juice
  • 1 pk Artificial sweetener


Mix yogurt, orange juice, and artificial sweetener. Pour over vegetables
and mix. That's it.

I use strained yogurt but the original recipe calls for light salad
