Ingredients List
- 1/2 lb Med shells
- 1 c Fresh broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 c Freshly sliced radishes
- 12 oz Fresh or canned crab meat
- 2 Avocados, peeled, pitted &
- Diced
- 1/2 c Red bell peppers, thinly
- Sliced
- 1/2 c Yellow bell peppers, thinly
- Sliced
- 1/4 c Sliced green onion
- 1/4 c Chopped parsley
- 1/2 c Vegetable oil
- 1 tb Honey
- 1 tb Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ts Garlic powder
- 2 tb Dijon mustard
- 1 ts Seasoned salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
Directions
Prepare shells according to pack directions except adding broccoli
last 4 minutes of cooking; drain. In large bowl, combine first 9
ingredients. In small bowl, blend remaining ingredients; toss with
salad. Serve immediately or chill.
