Avocado and Shells Crab Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 lb Med shells
  • 1 c Fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 c Freshly sliced radishes
  • 12 oz Fresh or canned crab meat
  • 2 Avocados, peeled, pitted &
  • Diced
  • 1/2 c Red bell peppers, thinly
  • Sliced
  • 1/2 c Yellow bell peppers, thinly
  • Sliced
  • 1/4 c Sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c Chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c Vegetable oil
  • 1 tb Honey
  • 1 tb Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ts Garlic powder
  • 2 tb Dijon mustard
  • 1 ts Seasoned salt
  • 1/8 ts Pepper

 Directions

Prepare shells according to pack directions except adding broccoli
last 4 minutes of cooking; drain. In large bowl, combine first 9
ingredients. In small bowl, blend remaining ingredients; toss with
salad. Serve immediately or chill.
