Bacon and Swiss Waffles

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Bisquick original baking mix
  • 1 1/2 c Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 c Shredded Swiss cheese (4
  • -ounces)
  • 8 sl Bacon; crisply cooked and
  • -crumbled (about 1/2 cup)


HEAT waffle iron; grease if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs
with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Stir in cheese and bacon.

POUR batter by scant 1 cupfuls onto center of hot waffle iron.

BAKE until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove
waffle. Twelve 4-inch squares.
