Ingredients List
- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 1/2 c Flour
- 1 tb Baking powder
- 1/2 c Butter
- 1 Beaten egg
- 1/2 c Heavy cream
- 1 c Grated sharp cheddar
- 3 Sliced green onions
Directions
Heat oven to 400. Fry bacon. Drain fat, reserving 1 Tbls.. Crumble
bacon. Sift flour and powder. cut in butter. Stir in egg and cream.
Add bacon, cheese and onions. Grease 12 muffing tins with reserved
fat. Drop batter into each cup filling 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes
or until gold. Serve hot.
