Bacon pistachio goat cheese balls

 Ingredients List

  • 3 sliced baked bacon
  • 3/4 cup pistachios without the shell
  • 1/4 teaspoon table salt
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese


1. In a food processor combine the bacon, pistachios and salt. Blend until you reach crumb consistency.

2. In a small bowl mix both cheeses together. Roll a little of the the cheese into a ball and then into the bacon and pistachio crumb mixture. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
