- 3 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
- 3 oz Milk
- 1 1/2 oz Chocolate or vanilla syrup
- 6 oz Bottle seltzer water or club
- -soda
Directions
In a soda glass, stir together the Bailey's, milk, and syrup until well
blended. Add the seltzer water all at once, which will produce 2-inch foamy
