Baked Artichoke Hearts

- Artichoke hearts are good with a sprinkling of olive oil, dried basil to
- taste crumbled over, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, and a tiny
- bit of balsamic vinegar -- all micro-waved for about 2 minutes (just to
- marry the flavours) or heated in a regular oven for maybe 8 minutes at
- about 325F.
- This is good for antipasto or appetizers, great with chunks of feta and
- chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

6 Cloves of fresh garlic;

8 oz Cream cheese; at room temp.
16 oz Sour cream
12 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cn (14 oz.) artichoke hearts;
-drained and cut into
-quarters (water packed not
-marinated)
I was just mixing this up for a party I'm having on Sunday and thought you
all would enjoy the recipe. This is soooooo good and simple. I always hope
to have leftovers and I end up eating it for lunch (or even dinner) the
next day. It comes from the Mr. Food Cookbook - OH, It's So Good -
