Baked Blackened Shrimp

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lbs. shrimp, uncooked, deveined, peeled
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1½ tbsp. blackened seasoning or cajun seasoning

 Directions

In a large oven safe dish, add shrimp, toss with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Let the flavors marinate for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Bake shrimp for 10 minutes or until pink in color
