Baked Cheesy Vidalia Onion Dip + a GIVEAWAY

Ingredients List
- 2 medium sweet onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise (Hellman's)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 3 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to heat level)
- 3/4-1 cup of crumbled Pasta Chips for topping (optional)
Directions
1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
2. Lightly spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
3. In a bowl combine the mayo, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic together until well combined and smooth.
4. Mix in chopped onions until combined, then season with black pepper and cayenne.
5. Transfer to the baking dish. Top with crumbled Pasta Chips (optional).
6. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
7. Serve with butter crackers, more Pasta Chips, or dipper of choice.
