Baked Chicken Fries

Ingredients List
- 3 chicken breasts, pounded to ½ inch thickness and sliced into thin strips
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 eggs + 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- dipping sauce
- â…“ cup mayo
- â…“ cup ketchup OR BBQ sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Whisk together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder and add mixture to a bag.
3. Add sliced chicken strips to bag, toss to coat chicken in flour mixture.
4. Whisk together eggs and water in a small bowl. Dip flour-coated chicken strips in the egg mixture, then toss in the breadcrumbs to coat.
5. Place coated chicken strips on greased baking sheet and spray heavily with cooking spray.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
7. Whisk together mayo and ketchup OR BBQ sauce. Serve this (or any other favorite dipping sauce) with chicken fries.
