Baked Fish

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 lb Panfish fillets (perch;
  • -trout, whitefish)
  • 4 ts Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 ts Dill weed

 Directions

Place fish in a 10 inch pie plate that has been coated with nonstick
cooking spray. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dill. Bake, uncovered, at
350 for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield 2
servings.
