Baked French Toast

Ingredients List
- 3 tb Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tb Confectioner's sugar
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
- 6 sl Egg bread, 1" th
Directions
Heat oven to 475 degrees.
Drizzle melted butter onto 17 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
Whisk together milk, eggs, confectioners' sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl. Dip both sides of bread into milk mixture; place on
prepared pan. Pour any remaining milk mixture over bread. Let stand 20 minutes, turning bread over a couple of times.
Bake in 475 degree oven, turning once, until puffed and golden, for about 15 minutes.
