Baked Oatmeal

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Oats
  • 1/2 c Brown sugar
  • 2 ts Baking powder
  • 1/2 ts Cinnamon
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Applesauce
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs; (I use egg substitute)
  • 1 c Milk; (I use skim)
  • 1/2 c Raisins; (up to 1)

 Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl; mix wet ingredients in another.

3. Stir wet and dry ingredients together and add raisins.

4. Spread in a 9x9 pan sprayed with nonstick spray.

5. Bake 25-30 minutes.
