Baked Omelet

 Ingredients List

  • 4 lg Eggs
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 lb Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
  • -OR Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/2 c Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 c Fresh chives, minced


Red and Green Bell Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

Whisk togher the eggs, water and salt in a medium sized bowl.

Pour mixture into baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese, bell pepper and

Bake 15 - 20 minutes OR until eggs are set and cheese is melted.

Serve immediately.

Garnish with slices of bell pepper.
