Baked Parmesan Potato Wedges

  • 6 white potatoes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • â…› tsp. pepper

 Directions


1. Preheat oven to 375º F. Cut potatoes into wedges, leaving the peel on. Arrange potato wedges on a baking sheet. Mix oil, salt, paprika, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and pepper.

2. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss gently with your hands. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.

3. While cooking, mix together some mayonnaise and ketchup to make fry sauce.

4. When potato wedges are golden brown, take out and serve with fry sauce. Enjoy!
