Balsamic Chicken Breasts

Ingredients List
- 4 chicken breasts-slice in half if very thick.
- Marinade:
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dried fine herbs
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
Directions
Mix marinade ingredients well. Place chicken and marinade in to a zip top bag and refrigerate 2 hours to overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Cook on medium grill 8-10 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
