Banana Bread Cobbler

Ingredients List
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- Streusel Topping
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup uncooked regular oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly grease an 11x7x2-inch or 9x9x2-inch pan with cooking spray.
Whisk together flour, sugar and milk. Whisk in melted butter. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Top batter with sliced bananas.
Stir together brown sugar, self-rising flour, softened butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
Stir in oatmeal and pecans. Sprinkle over bananas.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
