Banana Lime and Cardamom Smoothie

Ingredients List
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp lime juice (approx. 1 lime)
- 1 cup of plant-based milk of choice (almond or oat is superb)
- 1/3 cup of water or a couple of ice-cubes
- 4 small soft dates (or substitute with 2 tsp of raw honey)
- a generous pinch of cardamom
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender (be sure to pit the dates) and blend until the dates are completely dissolved and it”™s nice and frothy. Pour in a glass and enjoy in the sun, preferably.
While today looks a lot more grayish, let”™s be grateful we can still enjoy sunshine in our glasses and bowls. With that being said, I see lots of flu-fighting antioxidant rich smoothies coming my way!
