Banana Mini Morsel Bars

  • 2 cups Gold Medal UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour bleached flour toughens baked goods
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels (12-ounces)
  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar for garnish


Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, egg, bananas, salt and baking powder in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
Stir in flour and chocolate chips.
Spread into prepared jelly roll pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
