Banana Nut Bread #3

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
  • -softened
  • 3 Ripe bananas; mashed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 c Bisquick
  • 1/2 c Chopped pecans

 Directions

Preheat oven to 350ø. ln a bowl cream together the sugar and cream cheese
until light and fluffy. Beat in mashed bananas and eggs. Add Bisquick and
pecans. Pour into a greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until done
(may be done after 50 to 55 minutes). Note: Cover with foil the last 20
minutes of cooking time if the bread browns too quickly. Cool thoroughly
before slicing. Yield: 1 loaf.
