Banana Oatmeal Cookies ( Snack from the 21 Day Fix)

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Cup of Old-Fashioned Oats (gluten free)
  • 2 TSP. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 TSP. Sea Salt
  • 2 Medium Ripe Banans, mashed
  • 1/4 Cup Raisons (organic if possible)
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Raw Walnuts.


1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Lightly coat a baking sheet with spray or use parchment paper
Combine oats, cinnamon,and salt in a medium bowl; mix well
3. Add bananas, raisin, and walnut; mix well
4. Drop TBSP size pieces onto your sheet, flatten the cookies with a spatula
5. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes or until firm
