Banana-Orange Frozen Push-Ups

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Bananas
  • 6 oz Orange juice; frozen
  • 1/2 c Milk; powdered
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1 c Fat-free yogurt


Thaw orange juice until soft. Peel bananas and slice into blender or food
processor. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and blend until foamy. Pour
into small paper cups and freeze. To eat, squeeze bottom of cup. Or pour
into popsicle mold. from the American Heart Association. Approx.
