Banana-Peach Shake

 Ingredients List

  • 3/4 c Skim milk
  • 2/3 c Sliced ripe banana
  • 1/2 c Peeled sliced fresh peach
  • 1 1/2 c Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt


Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and
process until smooth. Add frozen yogurt; process until smooth. Yield: 3
cups (serving size: 1 cup).
Serving Ideas : Serve immediately.
