Barley Soup

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Hamburger
  • 3 qt Hot water
  • 12 Beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 c Onion; diced
  • 3 c Carrots; thinly sliced
  • 1 qt Tomatoes; * see note
  • 1 c Barley

 Directions

Brown hamburger, drain; add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
NOTES : Can use 1 quart of tomato juice instead of tomatoes
