Basic Loaf Recipe for Legumes

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Legumes; cooked
  • 1 c Bread crumbs, wheat germ or
  • -ground nuts
  • 1 c Liquid--soymilk, tomato
  • -juice, etc.
  • Seasonings to taste--garlic,
  • -onions, etc


Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in loaf pan in 350 degree oven until
firm, about 30 minutes.
