Bean and Garlic Dip

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Pinto Beans; *
  • 1/4 c Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
  • 1 Clove Garlic; Finely Chopped
  • 1 1/2 ts Red Chiles; Ground
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • Pepper; Dash of


* Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned.
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla
chips. Makes 2 cups of dip.
