Bear Trap Ranch Sour Cream Apple Squares

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Flour
  • 2 c Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c Margarine
  • 1 c Nuts, chopped, (opt)
  • 1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
  • 1 ts Baking soda
  • 1 c Sour cream, imitation
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 c Apple, finely chopped

 Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first three ingredients and blend Stir in
nuts. Press 2-3/4 cups crumb mixture in 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Stir in
apples in remaining mix, spoon evenly over crumb "crust". Bake 35 - 45
mins. Cut in 12 - 15 squares. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream
