Beef and Vegetable Soup #1
Ingredients List
- 1 ts Oil
- 1/2 lb Boneless beef sirloin; cut
- -in 1/2" cubes
- 1 Clove garlic; minced
- 3 c Water
- 2 cn (10.5-oz) condensed
- -vegetarian vegetable soup
- 1/4 c Uncooked elbow macaroni (1
- -oz)
- 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley; if
- -desired
Directions
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and
garlic; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until browned.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer
15 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
