Beef and Vegetable Soup #1

 Ingredients List

  • 1 ts Oil
  • 1/2 lb Boneless beef sirloin; cut
  • -in 1/2" cubes
  • 1 Clove garlic; minced
  • 3 c Water
  • 2 cn (10.5-oz) condensed
  • -vegetarian vegetable soup
  • 1/4 c Uncooked elbow macaroni (1
  • -oz)
  • 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley; if
  • -desired

 Directions

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and
garlic; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until browned.

Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer
15 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
