Beef Barbecups

Ingredients List
- 1 lb. 93% to 96% lean ground beef or sirloin
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar packed
- 3/4 cup sweet baby ray's barbecue sauce or your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 cans Pillsbury 10-pack refrigerated biscuits
Directions
Brown meat and onions, drain.
Add BBQ sauce and sugar to the meat, mix well.
Press biscuits into 20 greased or well-sprayed muffin cups.
Press dough in the bottom and around the edges of the cups.
Spoon meat mixture into cups and top with cheese.
Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
