Beef Chili With Cheese

Ingredients List
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 large can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 small can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- Garnish
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1/8 cup parsley, chopped fine
Directions
Place ground beef in a large, deep pot. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain fat.
Add in onion and bell peppers, cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, beans, cayenne pepper, oregano, ground black pepper, salt, cumin and chili powder.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 2 hours.
Garnish with parsley and grated cheese to serve.
