Beef with Wine and Mushroom Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 3 1/2 lb Beef chuck cut in pieces
  • 1 c Red wine
  • 1 cn Golden mushroom soup
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 Directions

Salt and pepper meat. Pour soup and wine over beef. Cover and bake 3 hours
at 325 degrees. Serve with noodles or rice.
