Benihana Restaurant Ginger Sauce

Ingredients List
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 ounce gingerroot (a nickel-size slice), peeled and chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (approx. 2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
Directions
Combine the all ingredients. Blend on low speed for 30 seconds or until the gingerroot has been pureed. Serve chilled and refrigerate after serving.
