 Ingredients List

  • 1/4 c Onion; chopped
  • 1/4 c Peanut oil
  • 2 tb Rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tb Water
  • 1 tb Ginger root; chopped,
  • 1 tb Celery; chopped
  • 1 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 ts Tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 ts Sugar
  • 1 ts Lemon juice
  • 1 ds Salt & pepper

 Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until almost
smooth. Per serving: 91 calories, 3 g protein 9 g. fat, 2 g. carb., 230 mg.
