- 3/4 lb Dandelion greens
- 3 tb Unsalted butter
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 1 Onion; finely chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic; minced
- 1/2 sm Yellow pepper; seeded
- -and finely chopped
- 2 sm Zucchini; grated
- 1/3 c Chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 Extra large eggs; lightly
- -beaten
- 1/4 c Freshly grated Parmesan
- -cheese
- 1/4 c Grated Jarlsberg cheese
- 1/4 c Fresh bread crumbs
