 Ingredients List

  • 1 cup butter (, softened)
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour (, I used spelt)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • salt
  • 1 package chocolate chips

 Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars until smooth
Add the eggs and vanilla
Beat until mixed
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt
Add to mixing bowl and beat until mixed
Add chocolate chips and hand mix them in
Grease a 13×9 pan
Put dough in pan
Press down with hands
Bake for 45 – 40 minutes
Test with cake tester
Remove from oven
