  • 1 pt Beer; light or dark
  • 2 tb Sugar (less if dark beer is
  • -used)
  • 3 dr Lemon juice
  • 2 -(up to)
  • 3 Egg yolks

 Directions

Heat beer with sugar & lemon juice. Beat egg yolks with a little cold water
& slowly fold into beer. Serve hot.
