Black Bean and Rice Burritos

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Rice brown uncooked
  • 15 oz Black beans canned
  • 12 Tortilla flour, 6" dia.
  • 1 tb Garlic clove minced
  • 1 md Tomato raw
  • 1/2 c Onion chopped
  • 2 ts Chili powder
  • 1/2 c Salsa


Cook rice and set aside. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and place in a 200
deg oven to warm. Put all the other ingredients with the exception of
salsa in a sauce pan. Simmer for 5 minutes until tomatoes soften. Stir in
the warm rice and salsa. Spread on tortilla and roll to make burrito.
