Black Bean And Salsa Salad
Ingredients List
- 15 oz Canned black beans; rinsed &
- -drained
- 1 1/2 c Chopped celery
- 1/4 c Chopped green omons
- 1/4 c Chopped cilantro
- 1 1/2 c Medium hot salsa
- 12 oz Mexicorn; drained
- 1/4 c Red wine vinegar dressing
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Chill (overnight is best). Serve with chicken,
