Ingredients List
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (11 oz) white shoepeg corn
- 1 jar (16 oz) Pace picante sauce (I use mild)
- 1½ cups grated cheddar cheese'
- 2-3 avocados, diced
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Store in refrigerator.
