Black Bean & Corn Salsa

 Ingredients List

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (11 oz) white shoepeg corn
  • 1 jar (16 oz) Pace picante sauce (I use mild)
  • 1½ cups grated cheddar cheese'
  • 2-3 avocados, diced


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Store in refrigerator.
