Black Bean Dip

 Ingredients List

  • 1 15-oz. can black beans;
  • -drained
  • 1 tb Onion; finely chopped
  • 1 tb Fresh cilantro; finely
  • -chopped
  • 2 ts Pickled jalapenos; minced
  • 1 1/2 tb Pickled jalapeno juice
  • 1/2 ts Vege-Sal seasoning (or a
  • -favorite blend)
  • 1/4 ts Garlic powder
  • 1/2 ts Ground cumin

 Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until
smooth. Makes 4 servings. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
